- There are no refunds on opened items, but unopened items may be exchanged within 30 days if safely shipped back. AAAPetShop.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. In the event that the wrong item has been shipped, please contact us immediately and we will mail out the correct item with a call tag to cover return shipping. Call tags will not be issued for general returns.
Unopened items maybe returned, but they will need a RA number. Please Contact Us to get a RA number and the correct address to send all returns. AAAPetShop.com ships from several locations, including the manufacturer and your return is important to us and we want to make sure it gets to the right return location.

All training collars, accessories, and products are are covered by their individual manufacturer warranty.
